Ian Penman
Executive Producer
Ian is a well known Entertainment lawyer based in Soho, London. He also is a director of several entertainment companies, some of which are producing content. Ian was the Executive Producer of the recent Sky Arts feature film, "Blitzed! The Story of the Blitz Kids". He is also the production lawyer on "Midas Man" - the story of Brian Epstein.
Ian is that rare thing: a lawyer, who has first hand experience of playing the Marquee club, playing keyboards with bands such as Zerra 1 and Two People in the 80s.

Andy Woodford
Producer
Andy is a very experienced television producer, with vast experience of live music productions, having produced the "Pepsi Chart Show" for many years. He has also recently worked with Ian as co-producer of "Blitzed! The Story of the Blitz Kids!" for Sky Arts.

Billy Dietrich
Producer
Billy is a well-known international producer and executive in the independent film and independent media financing space. In 2023 Billy produced the feature film MIDAS MAN (the story of Beatles manager Brian Epstein, which is currently in post-production and scheduled for delivery late October 2023).
Billy also Executive Produced the Gerard Butler action thriller KANDAHAR, which was released worldwide in June 2023. Since 2001, Billy has successfully financed, produced, and/or arranged for the distribution of, approx. two dozen films.
Mark Ward
Production Director
Mark is the main director at Proper Productions, which is an independent events organisation, specialising in touring and bespoke events delivered with exceptional strategic planning, creative ideas and the very highest quality.
Mark has produced many seasons of "British Summer Time ("BST")" in Hyde Park, which this year hosted Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel.
Earle Sebastian
Director
Earle Sebastian has been making important people and products look good through film, video, fashion, photography and style. You’ve seen his creative direction in everything Alicia Keys has done over the past three years. His unique eye and flair is what brands like Pepsi call on to bring their campaigns and events to another level. His vision is more important today than ever.
Simon Napier-Bell
Consultant
Simon needs no introduction, he is nothing less than a music industry legend. He is known as a top record producer, music manager, author and journalist.
At different times, he has managed artists as diverse as the Yardbirds, John's Children, Marc Bolan, Japan, Sinead O Connor, Ultravox, Boney M, Wham! and George Michael among others.
He has also found time to write two volumes of music history. He has also written two memoirs about his own experiences in the music industry.
Dave Ambrose
Consultant
Dave also needs no introduction, another music industry legend. He is known as one of the greatest A&R Directors of the rock era.
While at EMI Records he looked after Queen, Pink Floyd and Kraftwerk.
He also discovered and personally signed many major artists including The Sex Pistols, AC/DC (whilst at EMI Publishing), Radiohead, Pet Shop Boys, Duran Duran and Transvision Vamp to name but a few.
Lesley Davies
Line Producer
Lesley is a very experienced Head of Production, recently at ITV studios since September 2017. Before that Lesley was Director of International Production at Warner Bros where she was responsible for the roll out of scripted and non-scripted formats across the world. Prior to the WB role she was Head of Production at Endemol UK working principally within Initial on entertainment and music shows.
